At CMT Orange Tools, the safety of our customers is a top priority. Many of our tools are used for working with raw wood, a process that can generate wood dust. In addition, some of our products may contain nickel, cobalt, cobalt metal powder, lead, or formaldehyde. Both wood dust and these substances are recognized by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

California’s Proposition 65 requires that consumers in California receive clear warnings when they may be exposed to these substances at levels above the state’s established thresholds. To ensure compliance, we provide Prop 65 warnings on our website so that you can make informed purchasing decisions. We also work with our suppliers to confirm that product packaging carries the appropriate Prop 65 labeling whenever required.
