CMT Utensili SpA is proud to announce its support of Social Carpentry, a course inspired and created by Salvatore Mollo, in conjunction with Nuova Emmaus Community of Campi Flegrei, working hard to help individuals develop better self-esteem through woodworking therapy.
As Mollo explains, "Through woodworking and special hand-made projects, I try to assist members of the Community experiencing psychosocial difficulties whose main objective is to return to the working world, manage their daily life and live independently. It’s important to appreciate the positive impact of these activities intended to develop better interaction skills and cultivate improved self-esteem. Using your hands, realizing objects of quality is effective in building self-awareness and in turn, enhancing one’s appreciation of aesthetic value."
CMT Utensili SpA continues to be a keen supporter of all social projects that demonstrate commitment to enriching the community through carpentry activities wherever passion and a strong goal are combined.
